The Wrestling Journal is here to help any athlete in all types of combat sports achieve their goals, stay motivated, & accountable!I have been a wrestler for over a decade. Throughout middle school, high school, college, and now in professional wrestling. Along the way, what I have found to be the most useful and effective Tool in reaching my goals during my wrestling journey is taking notes about my Training sessions and writing down my goals to keep me accountable and on track. I did it in a very similar format to what I have set up in this wrestling journal that I have created, while also adding motivational quotes to help you get through your training sessions. This, and of course, working hard in all my training sessions, has helped me achieve many accolades in wrestling. Such as becoming a 2x freestyle State Champ, 1x folkstyle state champ, having the honor to be a part of the Florida national wrestling team, and much more. It’s now helping me in my journey to achieve everything I want to in professional wrestling. My hope is that whether you’re in amateur wrestling, professional wrestling, jiu jitsu, mma, or any combat sport that this journal may help you be motivated, achieve your goals, and stay accountable and focused in both your training sessions and everything you would like to accomplish in said combat sport as it has done and continues to do for me.
