Snake Plant is a unique evergreen houseplant, which can decorate the interior with its simple beauty. It is characterized by the production of oxygen on the high level. It grows best in bright spots with no direct sunlight, as well it can grow under low light conditions, but don’t keep it without bright light for a long time. Water the plant with approximately 1 glass of room temperature water when the top few inches of soil seem to be on drier side to the touch (about once a week depending on the growing conditions). Don’t let the plant sit in soggy soil. Snake Plant is shipped in 6” pot, which does not have drainage holes to avoid any water spillage. The plant prefers usual indoor air humidity. It doesn’t stand drafts, which have negative effect on the plant. Feed the plant with general purpose fertilizer once a month during the vegetation period. The height of the plant shipped varies from 16” to 18” which is measured from the bottom of the pot to the very top of the plant. The width of the plant is between 8” to 10”. The repotting of the plant is made once in few years in the early spring. The pot should be just a little bigger than the previous one.
